Request access
If you need to use TrakIT but don’t have a user yet, send a request from the Request Access page. TrakIT emails it to the system administrators of the installation, who check your details before they give you access. You don’t need to be signed in.
Send a request
Section titled “Send a request”-
On the sign-in page, select Request Access.
-
Fill in the form:
Field What to enter First & Last Name Your full name. Email Your work email address. Role Your role, for example your job title or the work you will do in TrakIT. City/Country Where you work. Remarks (Optional) Anything else the administrators should know, such as your company, your manager, or the workflows you need. -
Select Submit.
TrakIT shows Your request has been submitted successfully. and locks the form. Every field except Remarks is required, and the email address must be a valid one.
To leave the page without sending anything, select Back.
What happens next
Section titled “What happens next”TrakIT emails your request, with the subject Access Request, to the system administrators of the TrakIT installation, or to TrakIT Support if the installation has none. Sending a request does not create a user.
If an administrator gives you access, they create a user for you. TrakIT can then email you your user ID and a first password, with the subject Your Account is Ready. See Sign in.
The page does not tell you the outcome. If you hear nothing, contact your manager or the administrators of your TrakIT installation.
