Contact admins
Contact Admins lists the system administrators of your TrakIT installation, with their email addresses, so that you know whom to ask when you need help with TrakIT, for example a permission you do not have.
To open it, select System > Contact Admins. It opens in a popup, Contact Administrators, on the page you are on. Select Close to close it.
The list
Section titled “The list”The heading shows how many system administrators there are, for example System Administrators - 3 Found. The list shows 20 per page, in order of name.

| Full Name | The administrator’s name. |
| The administrator’s email address. Select it to start an email to them in your email program, with the subject TrakIT Support Request. |
The list includes every system administrator whose user is not locked, whatever their company. It does not include TrakIT Support. If there is none, the list shows No System Administrator available.

Who can use this page
Section titled “Who can use this page”Anyone who has the System menu can open it. It needs no permission.
