My reports

The My Reports page gathers your own reports from every kind of scheduled report: workflow, advanced and query reports. On the left are the reports you can generate yourself; on the right, the reports you receive.

To open it, select Reports > My Reports. For who can generate a report and who receives it, see Decide who can see and generate the report.

Each list has a Search box above it, once it has reports: type part of a report name, title or customer to show only the matching rows. The count in the list’s heading shows how many match. Select a column heading to sort the list by it.

This list shows the reports you can generate at any time:

  • the subscriptions of the workflow and advanced reports you own, and the query reports you own;
  • those you were given access to by their owner, under User Access.

Only active reports are listed.

Column Shows
Report Type Customer or User for a customer or user subscription of a workflow report, Advanced for a subscription of an advanced report, Query for a query report.
Report Name The report.
Workflow The workflow of a workflow report; - for the others.
Owner The report’s owner.
Customer/Title The customer of a customer subscription, or the title of the subscription; - for a query report.

To get a report, select Download on its row. TrakIT generates it now and downloads the file in a new browser tab. Nothing is sent to the report’s recipients. If it can’t be generated, the tab shows The report could not be generated! with the reason.

An advanced report subscription that is sent separately for each entity can’t be downloaded here: the report’s owner or a system administrator can preview it for one entity on the advanced report.

To be able to generate someone else’s report, open it and ask its owner for access, for example with Request Access on a query report.

This list shows the active reports sent to you: to you by name, to your email address, or to a user group you belong to.

Column Shows
Report Type, Report Name, Workflow, Owner, Customer/Title As in the list on the left.
Days The days it is sent on.
Time The hours it is sent at, in UTC.
Last Sent When it was last sent, as how long ago.

A row in red is a subscription that has been turned off: it is not sent at the moment.

  1. Select the minus icon (Remove report) on the report’s row.
  2. Confirm.

TrakIT says You have been removed from the recipient list.

The icon is there only for reports sent to you by name or by email address. A report you receive as a member of a user group has no icon: ask the report’s owner to change its recipients.

Every user can open My Reports: it needs no permission, and it shows only your own reports.
