User files
The User Files page lists the files that TrakIT keeps in a folder on its server for troubleshooting. On some installations, interfaces with other systems save copies of the messages they send or receive there, so that a failed exchange can be checked later. Elsewhere the list can be empty.
To open it, select Admin > SysAdmin Pages > User Files. Only system administrators can open it.
The files
Section titled “The files”File List shows the name of each file in the folder. The first file is selected when the page opens.
- To save a file, select it and then Download.
- To delete a file, select it and then Delete, and confirm. TrakIT says File was deleted successfully. The file is deleted from the server and cannot be brought back.
Download and Delete appear only when there are files. If the folder cannot be read, TrakIT says Unable to load files.
Who can use this page
Section titled “Who can use this page”Only system administrators can use this page. It checks that you are one, rather than a permission in your roles: other users who open it see Authorization Failed.
