ReopenWO
Re-opens the closed or cancelled work orders you list, as Re-open Work Order does on the
work order page. Use it to undo a
CloseWO or a CancelWO, or to reopen a work order
that TrakIT closed by itself.

|---|---|---|
| The body | Yes | A JSON list of work order IDs, whole numbers. Not an object: the list itself is the body. |
TrakIT re-opens the work orders one at a time, in the order of the list. Each one is re-opened or refused on its own: a refusal does not stop the others, and does not undo those already re-opened. The other work orders of their jobs are not re-opened.

The work order ID, as you sent it. |

Info |
Why the work order was refused. Empty when it was re-opened. |
- A re-opened work order gets the status Active (
0inGetWO), and loses its closing date and the user who closed or cancelled it. Its audit log saysReopened via API. - TrakIT then runs your company’s actions for Re-Open WO. No notification is sent.
- Re-opening a cancelled work order does not put it back into delay tracking or link its yard moves to it again.
- If a request times out, you can send it again: work orders already re-opened are refused with
Work Order(s) already openand stay open.
