Edit work order
The Edit Work Order page changes the header fields of a work order, and of the job it belongs to. Some changes can apply to all the work orders of the job at once.
To open it, select Modify Header on the work order.
Change the header
Section titled “Change the header”- Change the fields you need. The fields shown depend on the workflow.
- In the Apply to Job column, select the checkbox of each change that should apply to all the work orders of the job, and clear it for a change to this work order only. All and None at the top of the column select or clear every checkbox in that half of the page.
- Select Save.
TrakIT saves the changes, recalculates the job’s KPIs and takes you back to the work order. To leave without saving, select Cancel.
