Query reports
The Query Reports page lists the query reports of your installation. A query report is built on a database query that TrakIT Support writes for you. It can be previewed at any time, sent on a schedule by email, FTP or an API post, and can ask for parameters, such as a date range.
To open it, select Reports > Query. To compare the kinds of report, see Choose the kind of report.
Select a report in the list to open it on the Query report page, where you preview it, schedule it, choose its recipients and set its parameters.
Which reports you see
Section titled “Which reports you see”- System administrators see every query report.
- Other users see the active reports, and the inactive reports they own.
In the list, an inactive report is shown in red. An active report that you can’t generate is grey: you don’t own it and the owner hasn’t given you access. Open it to request access.
Find a report
Section titled “Find a report”- Select Filters to open the filter panel, if it is closed.
- Enter or select the filters you need.
- Select Search.
The number of matches appears above the list, as Reports Found. Reset clears the filters. TrakIT remembers your filters and the number of rows per page for the next time you open the page.
